• Resolves an issue where fan’s internal charger is unable to completely charge battery.
• Improves charging profile for long-term battery storage.
• Fixes bug causing control panel LED light to show incorrect color at full charge.
The bugs identified, and resolved with this firmware update, are limited to a small batch of fan units and do not affect the performance of the fan. However, it may lead to the fan’s inability to fully charge the battery packs with the fan’s internal charger, requiring use of external battery charger.
This program does not affect your warranty.
This firmware update is mandatory for the effected serial numbers. If your EX50Li unit is eligible, please contact the Customer Service at Euramco Group HQ to schedule an update at your nearest Authorized Service Center.

Updates should only be conducted by Euramco Authorized Service Centers. A firmware update requires less than 30 minutes to complete.
